Who has two thumbs and is always closing the web browser with pandora running ? This Guy ! I splurged and bought the Bose Companion 5 speaker set for my computer and now the living room is pumping out classic funk ! However I am constantly closing the browser by accident. So the answer I came across was pithos.
Here is what you do to install it in ubuntu, for other distros you can go to the pithos website.
Now I can accidentally close my browser all I want, and my George Clinton will still keep on coming in and the neighbors will keep on hating me.

Pithos is a Pandora client for the GNOME Desktop. The official Flash-based client is a CPU hog, and Pianobar is a great reverse-engineered implementation, but is command-line only. Neither integrate with the desktop very well, missing things like media key support and song notifications.
