Browser search plugins I use

  • duckduckgo - not needed, I configured my address bar (type about:config into the address bar, search for keyword.url and change it to the DDG URL based on your configuration)
  • - not really a search plugin itself, just better: right-click in any website in a search box and choose "Add to Search Bar..."
  • dictionary
  • merriam webster dictionary
  • german inverse phone number search
  • ssl version of wikipedia english and german
  • imdb
  • Debian bug # (customly created with add-to-search-bar)

Firefox extensions:
bugmenot - automatically fill in login data on mandatory register sites.
