Dear All , Just to share you a small facts sheet where you could find the better selection while installing the OS at your Server.

I recommend CentOS over any other distribution. Its very stable and based on our extensive testing outperforms all the other versions of RH distro out there. You can't go wrong with CentOS.
CentOS is RedHat Enterprise without the trade mark / copyright.

The same functionality, the same OS; though RedHat Enterprise typically has a faster update cycle especially RedHat Enterprise 3 or CentOS 3 (CentOS 4 is still slightly behind RedHat Enterprise 4, but the gap is smaller than with 3). I am thank full to Adam Saad (http://www.itrcp.com/blog/) which really helped me out to know these factors
