Load Balancing Bandwidth merging bonding

I am using RHEL 5 with squid proxy server for my internet cafe. I have two broadband connections. The setting of external interfaces(broadband) are following

1) Bandwidth - 1 Mbps --- eth1
172.16.1.9 ip
255.255.252.0 mask
172.16.1.1 gateay

2)Bandwidth - 1 Mbps --- eth2
122.190.148.65 ip
255.255.252.0 mask
122.190.148.1 gateway

3)
LAN IP ------ eth0
192.168.1.2
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1

What I need to get traffic load balancing. Could you Please advice me.
