How to spot a real journalist.

I was starting to wonder if there are any real journalists left anymore and started to compile a list of real journalist qualities or what I think should be qualities. How far off we are these days.
Real journalists....
1) don't refer to themselves.
2) don't use absolutes.
3) don't provide their own adjectives.
4) are knowledgeable about a subject, but the reader can't tell.
5) are disliked by their subjects and their subject's peers.
6) don't attend public nor private social events when their subjects/peers are guests or event participants unless they are reporting.
7) provide the source(s) for all facts.
8) check the validity of all statements made by subjects.
9) attempt to provide statements from opposing subjects.
10) provide full reporting, (ie who, what, when, why, where).
11) don't vote in elections where their subject(s) is(are) running.
12) don't participate in, provide material support for, nor comfort organizations, groups, clubs affiliated with their subjects.
