Hi Hackaday!

If your reading this from hackaday it's because I submitted my idea 2 days ago the link to my idea is in my last entry. You know I hope I'm not becomoing one of my weird uncles.I KEEP TELLING PEOPLE MY IDEA AND NOBODY RESPONDS.Come on guys is this a good idea or am I just strange enough to think it is.I don't want a camera staring through the windows to my soul do you?If you don't follow how this works let me elaborate .Each sensor is activated by the presence of your pupil .At least in my version there is no analog readings only on/off whenever the pupil reflects the beam.Think popup menus or the operating system on cell phones.Yeah it's lacking the proper display but how long until that comes out?My prototype did not use modulation like your remote controls so ambient light prevented it from working.I was working on modulating the signal but never got that part to work so I quit. Here was original plan.I sort of got it from pirates of silicon valley.Get this thing working where it used a usb plug and it could be detected as a mouse.I was going to use a microchip microcontroler for the usb interface. Then I was going to get my modulator detector section working so You didn't have to block the ambient light. That way you could see where your going. Then I would have tyhis finished circuit that would just be an insert I could put in any glasses attached to a small circuit and a usb cord .Then I would walk into a bank all smooth and ask them if I could demonstratre my device.I would move the mouse around the screen a while and then give him a try because you can switch users with little adjustment. Then maybe I could afford a patent lawyer.Maybe I should have just used my prototype even though it blocked your eyesight and hooked it to the ps/2 mouse simulator I built using a 16f628a microcontroller then hooked it to my laptop .You can even follow some of my threads at www.electro-tech-online.com to see the process or better yet if your interested ask me some questions.Anyway that's all for now.
