Kubuntu 11.10 Transparent Desktop

i have trouble in Desktop transparent to terminal
i am using kubuntu 11.10 on my Hp-Compaq-7400 laptop

but it is not giving Desktop transparent effect on terminal

i have checked in system setting and enable the desktop effect..........

but it is not working please help me
