Unable to run Network Center on Aspire One

Fix is to delete the ~/.gconf/system/networking directory.

This resets the networking config files forcing the NetworkManager to recreate them.
Please feel free to suggest more links to Acer Aspire One information

This is an AWESOME resource. I was actually looking for one specific to Dell Minis, but I find that most of this will also apply to almost all netbooks.

Thanks for the pooling of this valuable info!

    Glad you found it useful.

I agree a lot of the information works for many of the netbooks as most of the hardware in the netbooks is similar even from different manufacturers. (same CPU's same video chip, handful of wireless, etc.. )

Even though I run Debian on my AAO, I find the links for the other Distros useful as well, arch had some interesting pieces, and Ubuntu, etc..
