Recommending KmPlot

I would like to recommend KmPlot, the "Mathematical Function Plotter." I have been looking for a software tool I could use to make quick displays of functions, for the purpose mainly of double checking my math homework.
Previously I used Fung-calc, but evidently the code is getting rather old and has a number of issues causing the software to be marked as not-recommended in my distribution. I do not use KDE, but KmPlot provides an attractive and versatile user interface with smooth-looking graph output and easy navigation. As of version 1.2.1 it provides for Cartesian, Parametric, and three other types of plots, as well as derivatives and integral displays.
In Gentoo, install with "emerge -va kmplot".
