My Clam Shell Won't Run Debian! Help?!!

I picked Up this Orange ClamShell at an Auction and tried to install debian on it. However, no matter what I do It only Shows me this folder tha flashes a smily and a question mark at me. I'm pretty sure this thing never had an os at all. what do I do?
