I have flirted with various flavours of Linux from the days of Red Hat 4.0 and SuSe 8.0. In the intervening period I have managed to acquire a degree in Computing and IT from Open University, UK. I do not work in IT, and at 58 it is perhaps a little late for finding a job in IT. During the past year, I have familiarized myself with Ubuntu, Fedora, SuSe and Mandriva.
