Egg fried rice with Meat masala - North Indian Style

Ingredients:
  • Uncooked Basmati Rice measured in a 187ml vessel.
  • 1 table spoon Cumin seeds.
  • 1/2 table spoon Red Chilli powder.
  • 1/2 table spoon Salt.
  • 2 table spoons Meat masala. (No, this ingredient can NOT be skipped.)
  • 6 raw Eggs.
  • 14 table spoons oil. (Yes I know what I am talking about )

Directions:
  • Cook the Basmati rice by boiling method. Keep it aside till it cools down completely.

I am very relaxed and happy right now therefore I decided to write
