Download packages for offline installation In opensuse,ubuntu,debian,fe dora, mandriva

Is your system directly connected to internet ? if not, you may face problem to upgrade your softwares. Because all softwares may or may not available as "*.rpm,*.tar,*.deb etc". Even if they available you may face problem with their dependencies. The solution to this problem "Sushi Huh?".
