Linux 0.01 reminiscence

Yesterday, just like always I was slacking around the net and decided to look into Linux development history. So, I took 0.01 sources and started looking through it. Even without good knowledge of i386 and C, this code looks just really good. I'm happy Linus actually made it to this state. Well, he was born a real hardcore hacker, there's no way he couldn't make it
Just looking at these sources is a pleasure.

Synology USB Station 2 first quick overview

Recently I've bought this quite nice boxie, mainly for playing with it.
Here's what I have in mine, I've updated to next available firmware version, 1417, since last one almost got my box broken.
BusyBox v1.16.1 (2010-09-18 17:01:14 CST) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

USBStation2> echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches 
USBStation2> free
              total         used         free       shared

Never thought there can be some anime masterpiece that will own me that hard, but, fortunately, or unfortunately, there is, absolutely impressive one...
Don't really remember how many years ago I last cried before yesterday.

I also don't really remember why I have chosen to learn computers back in 2005. I could just enjoy playing games, as much as I did it before, and do now, from time to time, instead, I've chosen to learn how this...

Hacking SSH: un-forward local ports

Yesterday I was trying to implement a feature allowing me to unforward the ports while connected.
Here is current development progress(which is stopped atm) but the beta-version of solution has been released.
p.s. I also posted that to OpenSSH developers.
