Sky's the limit

I always used to think Windows was the only system where you could learn music! But over time I have come to realize just how great Linux is. I found a program called "NtEd" which is basically a program for writing music score. I discovered that not only does it allow you to write music but it allows you to download any free midi and import it into NtEd, and by doing so you can see the music score! You can also print it out. What a marvelous way to learn music and for free! I know there are other programs like "Rosegarden" and "MuseScore" but NtEd is a small download, and all you need is "Timidity" to play midi's.
