Problem with Qemu and Virt Manager

SO I have installed new system and have installed everything with alps. Qemu and virt manger installed properly and worked. The problem is after reboot.

It gives me the same libvirt-guest.sh: touch: cannot touch /usr/local/var/lock/subsys/libvrt-guests -No such file or directory

and will not login. I will most surely not installed it for the sixth time.
I have installed Time Shift but it gave no crontab dependency therefore I was not able to make back up. I have installed fcron. It won't work. Back in Time also won't work.
Also there was problem with filezilla lib broken link.

Path looks wrong. Why is /usr/local there?

Can you create the directory that is not found and retry:

sudo mkdir -pv /usr/local/var/lock/subsys/

In case you are not able to log in. Just boot up to the console. Then press Ctrl+Alt+F2 and you should see the virtual console. Log in here as root or using your username and enter this command. Once done, enter sudo reboot to restart the system.

There should be no /usr/local in this case. Would take a look into it.

This is what I got libvirt-guest.sh:[782] touch: ** **** ** ******* *' /var/lock/subsys/ libvrt-guests' -No such file or directory

I created the directory /var/lock/subsys/ and now there is no warning but it won't start just loading disk image loading linux4.5 and that it is it.Instead of going into login it just hangs.

Can you boot into the live builder disk and then open up a console. In the console:

sudo su
cd /root
cd scripts/
./enteral.sh

Once you are in the chroot environment:

su - <your username inside RAS-OS>
wget http://libvirt.org/sources/libvirt-2.0.0.tar.xz
tar xf libvirt-2.0.0.tar.xz
cd libvirt-2.0.0
./configure --prefix=/usr
make
make DESTDIR=/tmp/libvirt install
pushd /tmp/libvirt
for f in `find . | sed "s@\.@@g"`
do
sudo rm -r $f
done
popd

That should get rid of the old libvirt. Hopefully, it should clean up the files as well. Then in the same directory:

./configure --prefix=/usr --localstatedir=/var --sysconfdir=/etc && make && sudo make install

That would reinstall the files in the right location.

Now restart the system and should let you log in.

I am not on my system now so I would not be able to test it now. But if you can confirm whether this worked, then I can troubleshoot further once I am at my system in case this fails as well.

I have copy pasted all at once which was not good idea, now reinstall is inevitable.
there seem to be something wrong with the alps procedure with virt manager or qemu.
Any way I would suggest

wps office bin install
filezilla latest version as bin
cryptsetup still not there
time shift as alps install
