Unhappy "Mandrake linux 10.0 official download will not install"

I am trying to install Mandrake linux but when the installation process gets to about to 3 minutes i get a error message about openoffice not being able to install.It gives me a choice of carrying on but when I do i get the same error message but a another program not being able to install.Thanks in advance.

Possibly a bad cd burn. Try burning it again and see what happens. This happened to me about a week ago when I intalled Mandrake. It wasn't openOffice that was the problem, but a new disk worked fine.

Thanks for the reply but at first I used the cd's but then I had none left so I used the hard disk installation.But I know it can be installed because I installed mandrake on the same system but it was acting weird so I thought I would install it again but that error message came up.
