Wireless not working, b43 driver (BCM4311)

I can't wireless ,or wired for that matter. I have a Dell Insprion E1705 with a b43 driver (BCM4311). I checked the logs and got the error "b43/ucode.fw missing" and b43-open/ucode.fw missing. I got the b43 and b43legacy folders and copied them both to /lib/firmware and rebooted and still nothing. Any Help?

hi ducksong,

is the module loaded? to check this please execute
Code:
lsmod | grep b43
if it's loaded please post the output of "iwconfig.

Hey Guys,
I got it to work by downloading the b43 and b43legacy drivers and putting the in /lib/firmware and then doing as root 'ifconfig wlan0 up'.
