Problem with vim in Xfce4

E558: Terminal entry not found in terminfo
'Te' not known. Available builtin terminals are:
    builtin_ansi
    builtin_xterm
    builtin_iris-ansi
    builtin_dumb
defaulting to 'ansi'

It only appears in X. It's pretty annoying since it removes the syntax highlighting feature. Any ideas here?
