NOHZ: local_softirq_pending 08

Anyone having problems with their system after the latest kernel upgrade? I keep getting this error message in the fist tty console when I boot up
Code:
NOHZ: local_softirq_pending 08
It renders my network unusable even though it says its up. I run ip addr show dev eth0 and its up. i run rfkill list all and no blockage. It just happens on occasion. I have read a lot of posts on google pertaining to this issue but with much older kernels.

What should I do? Down grade my kernel?

kernel version
Code:
3.4.6-1

Running the network daemon on start up fixes this issue.

just edit the /etc/rc.conf file and prepend a @ to the network keyword in the daemon param list and reboot. System no longer locks or displays the message.

I tried editing my post but it wont let me so... I meant networkmanager and not network. The network keyword is listed in the daemon param list but it is prefixed with the ! symbol.
