if you can handle unstable packages then yes.

Yes, at your own caution, although I personally stick to Current and Extra and only utilise Unstable when something takes my fancy - one useful example being:

fluxbox-devel

ie, simply unhash unstable in your /etc/pacman.conf and then:

# pacman -Sy fluxbox-devel
