Yeah, all the links are dead. AFAIK, there has never been a real distribution, as in a downloadable iso, just some packages. gnashley, who made amigolinux, is also a member here, maybe he can tell you more about the current status.
Besides, there are several other distributions that have low hardware requirements - what do you want to do?
Edit: For example, you can make Slackware boot from a USB stick, and it also is not too hardware hungry - but as stated, the distro you'd best use depends on what you want to do with it. (And what hardware you've got.)

I offered to mail you a CD with amigolinux on it. What more should I do?
As for this forum section still being here, it has been used some for questions regarding some of the programs that are part of the amigolinux project. And soon, there may be another distro release from amigolinux, so this section may be back in use.
There are many other distros listed among the forums here which are also inactive.
If you really must have the old amigolinux, send me your address -you have ma email address. I would find it easier to do that than to spend the time setting up a websever at home in order to share the files with you.
Why must you have amigolinux -what are your specific needs that only amigo can fill? If you'll tell us what your needs are we may be able to recommend something more up-to-date which is suitable for your needs.
If you have not been happy with other slackware or slackware-based distros on the PIII, you would not be happy with amigo either. All amigolinux ever was, was a basic slackware installation with some added packages and a few extra setup routines.
