XLF compile HELP !The unformatted I/O statement on the file "..." cannot be completed

I am compiling with xlf, for f90.

After the compilation, when I try to run the a.out file I got this error:

I checked the dimensions of the arrays, and they are ok,
Does any one have a clue on this matter ???

The unformatted I/O statement on the file "..." cannot be completed because the end of the record was reached. The program will recover by ignoring the remaining data items.

THANK YOU !
