What is the RS/6000 hardware model that wold work with AIX 5.3, 5.2 and 5.1?

I need to install AIX 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 on an entry level RS/6000 server. Can you tell me which are the supported RS/6000 platform?

7025-F50 and 7043-260 are ok with 5L. are you looking for refurbished or bnew machines?
