oracle utlizing 98% memory please suggest me how to proceed further..

You know from here this can be completely ok, acceptable. I do not know how do you use that database, so probably oracle needs that memory. Also I do not know what is your problem with it? Do you want to increase that 98%? By the way, can you add additional RAM into your system?

Are you facing any performance glitch? By default,AIX will try to use all the memory in the system for I/O buffering.
