Cool Can't install rpm in AIX-5

Dear friends,
I am very new in AXI (version-5.0). I cannto indtall the bash rpm
into it. When I am going to install it it shows the following
error :

# uname -v
5

# rpm -i bash-3.0-1.aix5.1.ppc.rpm
error: bash-3.0-1.aix5.1.ppc.rpm cannot be installed

I also try using smitty but also failed.I dont understand the problem .

plz give me the solution .

The solution would be to get it from a good place:

You might also check if the RPM installation utility was installed on your system. With out the RPM installation utility you are dead in the water.
