AIX certifications path

Hi! everyone,

Can anyone provide me with a detail path or a detailed link, to go through the AIX certification path. I like to know how to appear for the certifications and which certification is best for me.

I own RHCE, and love to give AIX certifications as well.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
