LinuxQuestions is not the place to come to looking for step by step guides or howtos. Those can be found an abundant numbers on the internet using Google. For example this site has what you need. If this is a production server I advise you to first install and try out in a testing environment.
Looking forward to your participation in the forums. Have fun with Linux.
The last time I was shipped an AIX install set it included a disk of freeware for AIX. This disk included GCC, SUDO, OpenSSL and OpenSSH, and (drumroll) BASH.
If you have a maintenance contract with IBM or a business partner, you may be able to request a copy of this disk for your OS (run 'oslevel -r' for your OS version and patch level) or even the full install set at the latest patch level for free or a reasonable fee.
(Or you can, as mentioned, download what you need. I have seen both installp and rpm packages for AIX, either can be installed using smitty.)
All (or most) of the typical Linux add ons can be acquired here from IBM. While I have found some of their stuff outdated, I have never had issues installing anything found here.
