I didn't vote. I've no big need of a database these days, and for my websites I tend to avoid using any database at all (but if I did I'd probably go for SQLite).

I am voting for Firebird. Why? Because it ticks 3 basic boxes for me 1) Cross-platform, 2) Embedded and server versions, 3) Relaxed licence

It is great that it is now embedded in LibreOffice but would love to see LO as a client to a Firebird server.

Big thanks to the Firebird developers and mailing list helpers, looking forward to 3.0 and especially better security.
