Git, all the way, IMO. Mercurial and Subversion comes next.

Git for me
I use svn for all my own stuff.
git is the best

i'm coding for money, so i use SVN. Git is too geek for me
Git. I'm more familiar with SVN but Git fits the "of the Year" parameter best, most likely.
I'm amazed that anyone could choose anything *but* git.
Perforce. For enterprise development, it's great.
My vote for Mercurial
Git is OK, but Mercurial just feels better to me, hence I vote for it.
git
svn here
Perforce. For enterprise development.
gitty over git ;)
+1 for git
I use subversion at home and at work. Although, getting people to use it properly at work is "educational"
Git for me
Where is RCS? I would not vote for it, but some one may, and it still has its uses.
P4-git
When reaching a Git repository nightmare, put P4-git on top of it
Git

Voting for Peforce
I vote for Perforce. This product has improved a lot after including in the new release Perforce Git Fusion and Commons.
