NoSQL Database of the Year
 
This is the third year for this poll, and it's been one of the closest polls.

Riak, CouchDB, and Redis has done well too. Membase Server now lives in its spiritual successor Couchbase Server.

Redis looks really interesting to me, even though I've been only playing with it so far.
