This year my vote goes to Trinity Desktop. I am using it right now. Very stable, fast, and 100% usable!

Xfce, loads up fast, highly configurable, not too many changes, not too many releases. But, I really do like the KDE games.

xfce - wonderful desktop that I would not have discovered, but moved over to xfce after microsoft took over the gnome project (and destroyed it).

Wink

Running KDE on four machines here plus a Raspberry Pi and a 15 year old Tower running XFCE4. I'm very happy.

Running KDE all the way... matured, stable, working like a charm.

LXDE, though I would definitely vote XFCE as a runner up if possible. They work fast and keep GNU/Linux lightweight like it should be

Cinnamon, then Lxde. Xfce is too slow. I hate Unity and Gnome 3

LXDE is nice and fast for low-powered stuff such as the Raspberry Pi.
