I still use FF most of the time but I voted dwb because that's where I'm going:)

Firefox. I've tried some, but not all, of the rest.

I've been using Firefox since version 1.5, and I don't see myself dropping it any time soon. However, Uzbl and dwb are great keyboard driven browsers and lynx is a life saver for those times when a GUI just isn't available.

Opera!!!

This is a difficult choice. I had been using Chrome, but to be honest this year it has given me a lot of trouble. It does not want to work with many websites. Firefox/Iceweasel is always nice. However I think they need to improve their sync and make it less complicated. I have tried Midori this year and really like it. The new Epiphany is actually really nice now.

However my vote went to Chromium. It is what I am using now. It is open source. It has all the benefits of Chrome but it has given me none of it's problems.

Obviously OPERA, I don't know what others think but Opera is the best

uzbl.

nothing else comes close to the "unixy goodness".

I've been using Firefox since at least version 2 (maybe earlier). In fact, I prefer V3.6 or thereabouts. There were a lot of good themes that are no longer compatible with the newer versions. I miss those. I have Chrome and Opera loaded but don't use them much. It's just hard to break away from FF (like an old friend).

QupZilla?

My vote would be for QupZilla if it was on the list.

jeremy 12-18-2012 11:10 PM
