LibreOffice

This year I'm voting for the new kid on the block, LibreOffice.

emacs, Latex, gnucash, Python ... (it way not all be developed by the same people, but did all come with the OS) I don't like What You See Is Not Quite What You Get processors.

gocrazymonkey 02-01-2012 04:25 PM

LibreOffice has it here for me

saleo 02-01-2012 05:20 PM

My office is - LibreOffice.

flshope 02-01-2012 09:34 PM

I've been using Libre Office ever since I moved to Ubuntu. I see a few annoying anomalies that I think are associated with Unity. But overall, I prefer it to the frustrations of Microsoft Word.

klearview 02-02-2012 03:39 PM

Hate them all. Libre/Open - please stop crashing on me.

mabier 02-03-2012 07:07 AM

savotije 02-05-2012 06:51 AM

Quattro5 02-05-2012 11:48 PM

LibreOffice; it's getting there.

Satyaveer Arya 02-08-2012 12:01 PM

I will always go for OpenOffice

the_penguinator 02-08-2012 01:58 PM

LibreOffice...however I will be interested to see what happens with OpenOffice now that the Apache group is "incubating" the software post-Oracle

salasi 02-08-2012 07:26 PM

I'm not voting - I'm still using go-oo, but that's largely inertia. Next poll I expect that will have changed to Libre.

I don't think that go-oo is a useful category for this poll; most people using go-oo call it OpenOffice, and think of it as OpenOffice, so I'm not sure that it will get many votes this year, and that will probably be zero, next year.
