What about HBase? Facebook are using it to power their new inbox/e-mail solution and being part of Hadoop I'd say it's right up there with the options listed.

Voted Mongo. Redis is interesting, Riak has a great architectural effort.

I added Membase Server now that the poll is closed to ensure it makes the list next year. I believe this was the closest MCA poll in its 10 year history. Should be interesting to see how this category progresses next year.
