Ooohh, la, la!!! Looks like I get to be the first to weigh in on this one;-P

Although not familiar with all of the offerings listed above, my vote goes to Samhain. If you need a HID file integrity checking solution be sure to put Samhain on your short list. Then be sure that you actually monitor what you're monitoring....
