I got a problem with Amarok, it allowed me to put only a limited no of songs in playlist.
still i like it.

Mplayer is in the video player's list. SMplayer not listed any where.

i don't like the new versions of either amarok, nor XMMS. Amarok 1.2 and XMMS 1 still rock.

Yeah I'm with a few others. Use VLC on all machines for both audio and video playback. Including windows boxes. I'm not a fan of Media Library Management that seemingly does not work properly. I'd rather just point and play rather than spend 10-100 minutes trying to find out why one of 28792 tracks is not showing up in the library. And that goes for Itunes and windows Media Player as well...both crap. VLC FTW. So not voting on this one.

The 1.x line for amarok was a ton better than the 2.x line, so I'll have to go with songbird (even though I have an iPod touch and have to resort to using iTunes in windows)
