I'm using the ROX desktop window manager (OroboROX) right now. I don't know what they've done, but it seems to be working fine on my 64 bit system. That didn't happen before. It has some decent themes and you can even use xfwm themes (you just have to copy an AppRun file from an existing OroboROX theme into the xfwm theme's directory). You can also easily make up your own colour scheme for themes that support that.

FVWM thats included in Slackware is somewhat weird. I read the man page and it seems its the branch fvwm95- it looks totally out of date. And there are no config files to edit it in ~/.fvwm so my opinion about this WM is ruined. The examples on lynucs.org look fine tho.
