PokerTH has been added. Neither ioUrbanTerror or sauerbraten seem to be Open Source.

Sauerbraten could have been among the best games here. I like a lot of these games but I still voted for SuperTux. I like that cute character and its simple and plain and takes not much of your resources.

Call of Duty 4 : Modern Warfare
Farcry 2
Counter Strike : Source
Rainbow Six : Vegas 2
Call of Duty : World at War
they kick all of the free games buttoxes
there is a really cool free sourcemod called
Insurgency that is really cool

And those closed source games fits the Open Source Game of the Year category because??? I am sure there is some logic to in your thinking, but I don't get your point....
Anyway, I am confused about Sauerbraten. On wikipedia, it stands as open source. On their page, no mention of open source. Not that I like the game though, but I wanted to know for sure if it is open source or not
My vote goes for Wesnoth: Great gameplay, well made sprites, interesting single player campaign(s), amazing sound track. Got 2 friends addicted to it this year on that game
