I also voted for k3b because I use it more than other apps mentioned in this category. However this is somehow like choice between wine and olive oil, you need them both but for different purposes, therefore in fact no true "winner" is possible.

dvd::rip
dvd::rip please. i work in w africa and get copies of all the videos we shoot on dvd's. dvd::rip helps me rip them to put on my archos 604. this app rules.
ps it came in handy to put all our babies ultrasound DVDs on the archos too!

I voted k3b because I do use it a lot. Digikam is a close second. Where's k9copy? I use that more than k3b these days. Kaffeine too, I use daily.
