Kanotix beats Knoppix as a rescue cd but knoppix dvd is the best for demo of stuff I do not want to install.

I would have voted for SystemRescueCD--which finally released an update recently after a long hiatus--if it was on the list so I chose Ubuntu LiveCD. Knoppix would have been my second choice.
Ubuntu's live cd prompted me to do a full install. Needless to say I was impressed. Found all my hardware and my network and worked 100%. It has my vote!
