Segmentation fault (core dumped)


hello

i istalled ymessenger
and i started it for the first
time it worked
and then the second time
it said
#cd cd /usr/local/bin
# ./ymessenger
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
or when I cd

# cd /usr/local/libexec/ymessenger
# ./ymessenger.bin
/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/lib/
libglib12.so.3: Undefined symbol
"getpwuid_r"
or

#cd /usr/bin
# ./ymessenger
[Desktop: not found
Comment[en_US]=: not found
GenericName[en_US]=: not found
Name[en_US]=ymessenger: not found
X-KDE-SubstituteUID=false: not found
X-KDE-Username=: not found


any help please

So, exactly how many copies of ymessenger and glib-1.2 do you have installed?

It looks as though the problem is that the ymessenger binary was installed with a different version of glib than you have on the system now, if you have one at all.
