Question on other or foreign language support

Hi folks,

FreeBSD 5.2

On KDE desktop

Control Center -> Index -> Regional & Accessibility -> Country/Region & Language

'Locale' tag -> Language -> 'Add Language' drop-list

Only English there.

Kindly advise how to add other/foreign languages support. _What package/packages I need to install.
