package <blah> has no origin recorded

I'm new to FreeBSD, and while I can usually work my way around things fine, this thing has me a little puzzled.

I was installing some extra things that is needed onto this server, they are Perl Modules or something like that.

Now when doing pkg_add with things, I get these errors up.

pkg_add: package bsdpan-HTML-Template-2.7 has no origin recorded
pkg_add: package bsdpan-Image-Size-2.992 has no origin recorded

The HTML-Template and Image-Size being the module things I installed before.

Everything still seems to install fine, but get that error scattered through it.

What causes this? Have I done something I shouldn't have?
And if I have, how do I fix it and stop it from happening the next time.

Thanks for you help.
