how do I uninstall libtool?

Sorry for the cross-post (also posted to linux newbies board) but I thought this post might be more appropriate here, as I'm running a Mac OSX, which is a BSD derivative-

My question is: how do I uninstall libtool at: /usr/bin/libtool ?

I'm on Mac OS X 10.2.6 and I want to uninstall the existing libtool then reinstall via fink.
