Help please! applying FreeBsd patches for "programe name" failed.

hey, when ever i goto install a port i always get:

Applying FreeBSD patches for "programe name"
Ignoring previously applied (or reversed) patch.
3 out of 3 hunks ignored--saving rejects to doc/libtool.texi.rej
>> Patch patch-aa failed to apply cleanly.
*** Error code 1

but its normaly a diffrent programe everytiome its a pain! cuz i need to install a meesenger!!

cvsup your portstree
'pkgdb -F'
portupgrade -aRr
try to install the port now.
