Question FreeBSD9.1-RELEASE cant add packages

Hi forum users, I appologize if this is something very basic, but after reading around for quite some time I couldnt figure out why I cant install packages.

Im using FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE 64bit

I can ping
I did
portsnap fetch && portsnap extract

root@freebsd:/ pkg_add -r screen
Error: Unable to get File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no acess)
pkg_add: unable to fetch '' by URL
What could be wrong?
Thank you in advance

I get a 550 "Failed to change directory" when I attempt to hit

That sounds like a server-side issue for sure.
