Question FreeBSD9.1-RELEASE cant add packages

Hi forum users, I appologize if this is something very basic, but after reading around for quite some time I couldnt figure out why I cant install packages.

Im using FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE 64bit

I can ping google.com
I did
Code:
portsnap fetch && portsnap extract

Code:
root@freebsd:/ pkg_add -r screen
Error: Unable to get ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/amd64/packages-9.1-release/Latest/screen.tbz: File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no acess)
pkg_add: unable to fetch 'ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/amd64/packages-9.1-release/Latest/screen.tbz' by URL
What could be wrong?
Thank you in advance

I get a 550 "Failed to change directory" when I attempt to hit ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/po...elease/Latest/

That sounds like a server-side issue for sure.

There doesnt appear to be a packages-9.1-release folder in ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/amd64/

What do you suggest I do?

I set PACKAGESITE to ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/po...stable/Latest/ according to this thread from the freebsd.org forums.

Packages install now.
