Angry Complete system freeze after ending X session

I am currently trying OpenBSD in my old P4 box. The strange problem is that whenever I end an X session or logout from KDE or XFCE session the system completely freezes/hangs with no display in monitor. The CTRL+ALT+DEL or CTRL+ALT+BKSPCE key combination don't work. I have to force restart the box from restart button. My motherboard has an inbuilt graphics chip and an agp slot and both keeps activated at a time because there is no option to disable one.

I would love to debug this issue but need more info like
1: Kernel version
2: Output of sar when system freeze
3: logs output during that period(messages file)
4: System configuration(o/p of free -m)
