how update binds 8.3 to 9.2.2,
and start whith binds 9.2.2

I assume this is on FreeBSD since recent version of OpenBSD come with BIND 9.2.2. I'm also reasonably sure that the latest port of BIND on FreeBSD is 8.3.4 (or was it 8.4.3?). In that case, you will have to download the BIND source from www.isc.org and compile it yourself.

Well in FreeBSD port system there are two BIND branch. So keep your config files and uninstall the current port (if it's installed via ports), and install the up2date port of bind9, ex:
# cd /usr/ports/dns/bind9/
# make install clean
