5.2 Installer says no cdrom found

Hi, my FreeBSD 5.0 install disc recognizes my cdrom drive but my 5.2 doesn't. I can boot with my 5.2 install disc but it then says my drive isn't found. How can I get it to recognize my drive? Thanks.

home you tried manually mounting your CD-ROM? Are you logged as ROOT? If you are talking about FreeBSD 5.2.1, the installer on the first CD should have an upgrade option. I am not sure if 5.0 has this command installed, but try it any one. 'sysinstall'
